Welcome to the 12-Week Intuitive Eating Program! I’m so glad you’re here. This program is your invitation to rebuild trust with your body, break free from diet culture, and approach health from a place of self-compassion and respect. Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll explore the core principles of intuitive eating—learning to tune into your body’s cues, honor your hunger and fullness, and heal your relationship with food. Intuitive eating is for everyone. No matter your background, size, or health history, you deserve to feel at peace with food and at home in your body. This approach helps you move away from rigid rules and toward freedom, flexibility, and trust. It’s not about perfection—it’s about connection. This program is rooted in the Health at Every Size® (HAES) philosophy, which shifts the focus from weight to health-supportive behaviors. HAES affirms that all bodies are worthy of respect and care. When we stop chasing a number on the scale and start supporting well-being from the inside out, we create lasting change. Each week, you’ll receive education, journal prompts, and practical tools to apply in real life. You’ll also have a weekly 30-minute check-in with me, with the option to upgrade to an hour if you’d like deeper support. I’m also available daily throughout the 10 weeks to answer your questions and support you as things come up. This is a journey of empowerment. Your body is not a project—it’s your partner. Let’s begin this work together with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
